I've been Thinking - 17 April 2019

posted date: Friday 15th March 2019

A book I’ve been reading has caught my attention. “The Happy Intercessor” by Beni Johnson. An interesting title, eh? Beni goes on to qualify that statement and says, “Intercession is capturing the heartbeat of heaven and declaring or praying that into my world. It’s true agreement with heaven.” I like that. As we pray agreeing with what our Heavenly Father wants for us.

As we press into the Father’s heart we can learn to hear Him and what He will do for us. He has left us with many promises.

“Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man things which God has prepared for those who love Him”. But God has revealed them to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God” (1 Corinthians 2:9-10).

As a Prayer Team we meet to pray and learn. As we looked ahead at the year we felt God saying to step out and to make a space for Healing Prayer. The first one is on Sunday 31st March at 6 30 pm as there is no ‘Sunday Night Live’ that night.

This is for anyone from within our church fellowship or from the community who might like prayer for healing - physical, emotional or spiritual - to join with us.
