ABC Youth would like to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who helped us get to camp!! We so appreciate your generosity and time spent praying for us over the weekend. Thanks to your support, we were able to get everyone to camp – 50 young people plus a solid group of adults to care and lead. Your prayers are so valuable to us too, thank you for backing us in that way.

We saw God show up over camp in a lot of ways, and a lot of us met with him through worship, the main sessions and other conversations. We saw him at work in the family vibe amongst our group, and more youth got drawn in closer to our whānau - our youth are so great at helping others to belong and find family with our group. God spoke to us in various ways over camp, and it was cool to see some healing take place of inner wounds that some of us had been carrying for a while. Hope was alive over the weekend, and a lot of our young people grabbed hold of it over camp.

Massive shoutout and thanks to Joe & Janice, Denise, Tegan, and Bruce & Karen who joined us over the weekend and adopted us as Camp Parents! Our young people are incredibly lucky to have adults in their world who care about them enough to give up their whole Easter for them.

And to the leaders - Owen, Reuben, James, Simon, Fergus, Patrick, Georgia and Brittany. You selflessly continue to give so much to see our young people find Jesus and hope and wholeness. Thank you for letting your hearts be open to these amazing young people, and for acting on that in so many ways – small and huge, noticed and unseen. Our young people are so privileged to have you backing them and loving them!
